Care and Repair
Our goal is to repair as many GENUIN products as possible, but each repair is unique. Sometimes, the damage is beyond repair, which is why we conduct an analysis and carefully select what we can genuinely fix.
Burns on the material.
Pete.
Cut products for home modification.
Multiple holes (more than 6 holes per fabric).
Scratches from animals or sharp objects.
Seams in places where they have come loose.
Knotted seams or knot replacement.
Extend pillow envelopes in case they get tight.
Patches on damaged areas (with the customer's agreement and the assumption that they will not look like new).
Let's extend the curtains (where reserves have been left, in case they have gone under water).
Rework embroidery in another type of pattern (if possible, in case of hanging).
If we decide that the product cannot be repaired, we can either return it to you or recycle it on your behalf.
If the product can be repaired, you will only pay for the round-trip courier, as the repair cost will be entirely covered by us.
